Additional Resources
Here you can find additional mental health resource collections available for the State of California.
CalHOPE Resources
CalHOPE's Resources page directs people to resources and includes guidance on managing stress and providing emotional support and wellness for adults, children, people with disabilities, older adults, health professionals, and other populations. Includes resources related to crisis counseling services, youth outreach, housing assistance, mental health services, state resources, substance use disorder services, and CalHOPE veterans services.
Together for Wellness
We are a collaborative group of stakeholders across the state representing mental health services, nonprofits, academic institutions, health agencies, foundations and consumers. We've come together to help bring together a set of digital resources (like apps, websites, articles, and videos) that can help people through these challenging times.
Free Trauma-Informed Training
Safe Spaces: Foundations of Trauma-Informed Practice for Educational and Care Settings, a free training made possible by California's Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative, helps individuals working with children and youth ages 0-18 recognize and respond to signs of stress and trauma.
